Description

Titan Motorsports will be hosting its fifth-annual Open House on March 8th, 2014.

The open house is a free event, open to the public and features a car show with trophies and prizes for the top vehicles in several "best of" classes. This year they've changed the format to offer less classes with more of a focus on "best in show" based on clean modified vehicles. They're also going to have a Ruckus class this year after the huge response from the Ruckus community in years past, so bring your 2 wheel vehicle and show them off as well.

The dyno format will change this year as well, instead of having a general dyno day, they've reached out to shops and racers in the area to have their big power and unique builds take a spin on our Dynojet 424. Expect to see some friendly competition and big power numbers as a result.

This year will also see the return of their Bikini contest with $400 going to the winner, and $150 to the runner up. Tijuana Flats will also return offering free food to attended, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to their Just-In-Queso charity. They'll be increasing their prize give-aways as well and have reached out to their vendors and partners to donate many great items for the raffles and prizes.

Representatives from the top brands in the automotive aftermarket industry will be on site to display their products and answer questions on their product offerings. A raffle will be held to benefit the Just-In-Queso charity, prizes include gift certificates, apparel, parts, and memorabilia from these great vendors.

Vendors Participating: ARP, Accel, Bosch, Cometic, DBA, DEI, Denso, Fidanza, Fragola, Fuel Lab, Gates, Hawk, ISC Suspension, Mackin Industries, Manley, Precision, Simpson, Simply Clean

CES 2011: Las Vegas, NV

The 2011 Consumer Electronics Show (CES) stormed into Vegas once again to display the latest in gadgets, home theatre, computer and, of course, 12V audio and multimedia. Each year CES brings together new products and new faces to the scene, but as in many years past, it was the major players that attracted the most attention. Some of the latest audio builds drew in onlookers by the hundreds and there were more than a few noteworthy installs. Pioneer went with some hot resto-mods like Camaros and Firebirds all in blazing Pioneer red. The vehicles underwent extensive modifications and the systems…

MFest Philippines 2014: Mabalacat City, Pampanga

MFest founder, Chris Naguit, played point man in getting the MFest event overseas to the Clark International Speedway, a former U.S. Military Base, in Mabalacat City, Pampanga in The Philippines on April 12-13, 2014. MFest has a tendancy to bring out the nicest BMWs anywhere. While you should already know about MFest VIII, which most recently took place in Las Vegas, NV, you might be surprised to know that it also held an event a month prior. Where, you ask? Well, it might surprise you to know that The Philippines hosted the first MFest competition out of the U.S. ever!…

DMCC Round 2 2011: Mirabel, QC

The second round of the DMCC series took place at the Circuit Icar that is just north of Montreal. Icar is a 1st class racing facility that is built on the old Mirabel airport, which gives the venue a unique look and feel. The track is completely concrete that is actually really good at not eating tires too much but one drawback is that the track is so huge that some sort of transport is needed to get around or else you spend your weekend walking from place to place. It is the second time that the series has come…
