Titan Motorsports Open House
When:

Where:
Orlando, FL

Description

Titan Motorsports will be hosting its fifth-annual Open House on March 8th, 2014.

The open house is a free event, open to the public and features a car show with trophies and prizes for the top vehicles in several "best of" classes. This year they've changed the format to offer less classes with more of a focus on "best in show" based on clean modified vehicles. They're also going to have a Ruckus class this year after the huge response from the Ruckus community in years past, so bring your 2 wheel vehicle and show them off as well.

The dyno format will change this year as well, instead of having a general dyno day, they've reached out to shops and racers in the area to have their big power and unique builds take a spin on our Dynojet 424. Expect to see some friendly competition and big power numbers as a result.

This year will also see the return of their Bikini contest with $400 going to the winner, and $150 to the runner up. Tijuana Flats will also return offering free food to attended, and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to their Just-In-Queso charity. They'll be increasing their prize give-aways as well and have reached out to their vendors and partners to donate many great items for the raffles and prizes.

Representatives from the top brands in the automotive aftermarket industry will be on site to display their products and answer questions on their product offerings. A raffle will be held to benefit the Just-In-Queso charity, prizes include gift certificates, apparel, parts, and memorabilia from these great vendors.

Vendors Participating: ARP, Accel, Bosch, Cometic, DBA, DEI, Denso, Fidanza, Fragola, Fuel Lab, Gates, Hawk, ISC Suspension, Mackin Industries, Manley, Precision, Simpson, Simply Clean

The meet’s purpose is to give back to the Florida car scene and to keep it as minimal as possible. Keeping Cars n Beaches minimalistic proved to be impossible being that…

Formula Drift Round 1 2012: Long Beach, CA

Formula D kicked off their 9th season of drifting on the Streets of Long Beach, the first and still the lone drifting competition to take place on actual city streets. Several drivers were debuting new cars, sponsorships, and liveries, but once the track went hot, all that mattered was how well you drove your car. Crowds at the first event were the largest in history, selling-out before the event was even open on race day. As qualifying got underway, Ryan Tuerck was able to maneuver the Retaks S13 to a high score of 97, with Rhys Millen earning a 96…
