Import Alliance Spring Meet 2017 PAS

This is our 9th year in Atlanta and we are expecting a huge turnout. Once again the beautiful Atlanta Motor Speedway will host the event, and this year will be bigger than ever. Last year's Spring Meet was the largest ImportAlliance event ever. We had over 10,000 cars and thousands more people in attendance. This year is our 12th year of operations and of course we have to do our best to make it even better than last year, so we are adding to the programming and expecting record setting cars and people.

We will have the ImportAlliance Drift-O-Rama, the ImportAlliance Showcase, Formula D driver ride alongs, and for the first time ever, the Spring Meet will feature the ImportAlliance Super Showcase and the soon to be most coveted import car scene related recognition hardware, the ImportAlliance Pinnacle Award. Plan on joining us for the largest all import car meet in the United States. We guarantee you don't want to miss it. go to our website for more info. http://importalliance.org/

At this event gas grills may be used and tents can be set up. As usual there is no alcohol allowed at ImportAlliance Events. Pets are also prohibited. Please do not bring any weapons of any kind to the event. Service animals are allowed. Finally, we are always concerned about your safety coming to our events and leaving. Please be careful on your way to ATL and on you way home….it’s no fun hearing the stories of accidents coming to the show and leaving the show. Also, part of keeping pedestrians and attendees as safe as possible means each driver needs to be responsible. That means no burnouts and demonstrations of power. Lets keep the shenanigans to a minimum. Safety is a huge priority for us.

CSCS Round 2 2011: Bowmanville, ON

Canadian Sport Compact Series (CSCS) added Mosport International Raceway DDT track to their 2011 event schedule making it one of the most anticipated events of the season. With 9 years under their belt, this was the first CSCS event that did not include Drag Racing. As the sun rose for what would be a scorching hot day racers lined the gates by 6 am. The CSCS Sailun Tires Drifting Championship had a sold out field and presented drivers with one of the most technical tracks to date. The Drift course included elevation changes and entry speeds exceeding 120km/h forcing many…

MegaSpeed Custom Car & Truck Show 2012

It is no doubt that there have been major changes in the automotive aftermarket industry and even in the local scene, but no one in Canada expected a change of guard for the Performance World show. Now under new management, the show name has been changed to the MegaSpeed Custom Car & Truck Show and despite the winded new name, the showcase was on point. All under one roof (although spread out into three halls) were a showcase of vehicles ranging from the expected classics, rat rods, and muscle cars to awesome tuner vehicles both import and domestic. As the…

Redline Time Attack: Round 6

Redline Time Attack: Round 6Willow Springs RacewayWillow Springs, CAJuly 3-4 2010 Another epic Redline Time Attack event is in the books, and the first “Liberty Grand Prix” was definitely one to remember. The event went off without a hitch and the crowd was treated to everything from broken records to massive fireworks shows, drag racing, autograph sessions, circuit battles, and endless entertainment over the course of the weekend. The time attack action was as intense as always and once again, the level of competition this season has gone up another notch. The air temperature peaked at 95° and track surface temperatures were well…

DMCC Round 3 2011: Victoriaville, QC

DMCC Round 3 was held this past weekend in Victoriaville, Quebec. It was a very different venue then where a DMCC event usually takes place.. Instead of being at a race track like normal the 3rd round was held in a snow dump that was converted by the DMCC team and with the help of the town of Victoriaville into one of the best DMCC events ever. The track that was set up was very technical and even had a jump half way through it..made it really exciting to watch. An other new aspect for Rd3 was the way the…
