Description

Formula DRIFT Returns to Road Atlanta Home of the Inaugural Formula DRIFT Event Back in 2004.

Road Atlanta opened in 1970 and was home of the inaugural Formula DRIFT event back in 2004. The 2.54-mile, 12-turn track is owned by Panoz Motor Sports Group and hosts many events throughout the year including Formula DRIFT.

Utilizing Turns 10A, and 10B of the road course, cars slide sideways through the turns and then hit the loop before the bridge and back towards Turns 10B, 10A, and then ends dramatically by drifting uphill on an incline.

Round 2: Road to the Championship at Road Atlanta will be one of the most anticipated events of the season. The event will be spread between 2 days of drifting action. Drivers are tested on the fast entry and tight turns of the road course and will have to prove that they have what it takes to reach the podium.

Full Throttle 2012: St-Eustache, QC

The 12th edition of the Full Throttle show took place over the weekend at the Autodrome St-Eustache race track, just outside Montreal, Quebec. It was a great day with a lot of cars and vendors on site to make it a great event! This year there was something special for the winner of Best of Show, a custom made King of King ring made just for the event. It felt like everybody was there to win it. One cool thing about the Full Throttle show is it isn’t just a show and shine. The Autodrome St-Eustache also provides a 1/8…

Berlin Klassik 2016: Guelph, ON

The Island Tour. There are so many key elements that go into making an event successful. There are the main points of having a solid show car attendance, a decent DJ, prizes that people will actually want, and a theme that will bring an audience out. The most important of all, though, would have to be the location. You’ve got to find something that’s accessible, exciting, unique, accommodating, and will keep people talking long after the event is over. Some organizers have this perfect location tied down, and they strive to improve all other facets, while others are constantly on…
