Inside the cockpit are all of the necessary performance and safety additions. The gutted interior was fitted with a Blu 808 Chromoly roll cage. The seats were replaced with Sparco Evo 2 seats with Sparco harnesses and a Sparco 345mm steering wheel with quick release. The custom carbon fiber dash was added along with an AIM digital cluster.

In the first part of the season, the Camaro has enabled Grunewald to stay in the top 10. If he can keep it up and make a hard charge later in the season, history might repeat itself with another piece of Detroit Iron on the podium. Until then, seeing the new Hankook Camaro in action is enough to keep us satisfied.
