Portsmouth Spring Tuner Fest on April 18th was hosted by 757 Auto Events and Grindin' Gear at the Ntelos Wireless Pavilion in Portsmouth, Virginia, USA.

Kyle Strait from the Virginia Beach Car Meets, head the judging aspect of the Show & Shine competition and handed 65 well-deserved awards to the competitors, including the Top 40 and 25 special awards. A portion of the event's profit was given to the American Heart Association's "Heart Walk". A B-Boy exhibition battle hosted by BOCA Crew in the Premier lot gave the attendees of the show some excitement during the afternoon, while the DJs provided their mixes to entertain the crowd.
