On A Mission: Alexander Lichliter's 2014 Scion FR-S

Alexander Lichliter’s drifting career started off the same as many drifters - behind the wheel of a Nissan 240sx. As he became more dedicated and involved in competition, he decided to upgrade to a more modern chassis in the form of a 2014 Scion FR-S. The balanced platform had everything Lichliter needed, except ample horsepower. That issue was easily solved with the engine swap - an LM7 5.3L V8 paired with a Magnuson supercharger.

With his sights set on Formula Drift PRO2, Lichliter has been honing his skills behind the wheel while making necessary changes to the car every year to keep up with the FD rule book. Him and his team continue to push through the ranks of the Pro-Am feeder series until the make their PRO2 debut, so be sure to catch him bringing it door to door at USDrift events throughout the year.
