Maple Grove Speedway; synonymous with American muscle and quarter mile runs, saw a change of heart on April 24, 2010 with Team KO and Import Intelligence hosting “The Greater Reading Auto Expo” and Drift Camp.
The Greater Reading Auto Expo featured a jam-packed car show, an SCCA sponsored autocross, captivating motorcycle stunts (by the Anti-Team), and an impressive Drift Camp (by Import Intelligence). The popular Drift Camp allows new driving enthusiasts to learn from experienced professional drivers such as Matt Walden from Import Intelligence, that drive in D1GP, Formula D, DMCC, and US Drift to name a few.
If you could peel your eyes away from the girls, the bikes, and the screaming tires, you might have spotted some of the shows' more rare fare; including a beautiful Skyline GT-R and the star of 'Gone in 60 Seconds' herself; Eleanor. Event organizers from Team KO and Import Intelligence did a great job as every enthusiast enjoyed the action.
