Don't Slam the Door

Brian McCann, one of the finalists in our 3rd Annual Tuner Battlegrounds Championship at SEMA 2015, owns this 2005 Nissan 350Z. It’s been under the knife since the competition and has undergone many modifications and upgrades, like the LT4 v8 motor and Martini Racing livery. And now the door panels are finally getting done, and he kept it simple.

McCann used black/schwarz Alcantara Company brand synthetic suede material, and added a single red stitch across the armrest and cup holder with an old school/80s German car inspired diagonal door insert stitch.

These are full carbon fiber doors; the stock doors are heavy and are unforgiving when they slam onto your leg, but now since they’re carbon fiber, they're just going to fly around every time the wind blows.

All in all, an awesome new modification to his Z.

As seen on PASMAG's Tuning 365 (Season 3 Episode 6) on REV TV.
