This limited edition HKS product debuted at the 2020 Tokyo Auto Salon. In collaboration with the famous tool manufacturer, TONE, this 10mm socket size keychain is made to imitate a ratchet wrench, and can actually remove/attach 10mm bolts despite its small size. This might be helpful to use for attaching a custom license plate, for example.
