LS Fest West is one of the biggest events in America. This LS Fest West just took place at Las Vegas Motor Speedway and they had everything LS related. Of course, there's a little bit more now with the LT being a popular engine and there's a little bit everything else but the focus here is the big bad LS, and they did it all. There was drag racing, drift demos; they had all sorts of motor sports builds and crazy off-road rock crawlers, all sorts of vehicles that are LS powered, a little bit of everything about it.
One thing I wanted to highlight was a couple of standout builds that I noticed in our photo coverage which you'll be able to find soon in PASMAG is this LS swapped classic Beetle with an engine in the front, which is super strange to see. That's a special build and you can see by those rear tires, they are not messing around with this either.
And also this Datsun 510. Have you ever seen a more purpose built LS swap Datsun?
